Our 20,000-square-meter factory is built following strict FDA standards. It is certified for food safety by FDA, CE, LFGB, and BRC, and has also passed quality system audits from third-party companies like SGS, TÜV, and Intertek.
The factory has 15 fully automated production lines with some imported equipment from Krones in Germany and CEFLA in Italy. Our precision testing equipment is from Mettler Toledo in Switzerland. We use food-grade 8011 and 3004 aluminum foil, and we control the thickness between 0.06mm and 0.15mm to meet European and American standards.
We have a full quality check process: we inspect materials when they arrive (IQC), during production (IPQC), and before they ship (FQC). We use the HACCP system for management, and our product pass rate is 99.9%.
We have developed over 50 of our own precision molds, so we can make custom sizes from 12oz to 84oz. We can also provide extra services like laser engraving, offset printing, and embossing. Every batch of products goes through 15 different international standard tests before it leaves our factory, including tests for heavy metals and microorganisms.
Powerful Production Capacity to Meet Your Urgent Demands
We can produce 600,000 units a day and have a 15,000-square-meter warehouse. This means we can handle orders of all sizes, from our minimum of 5,000 pieces up to tens of millions.
We ship directly from the ports of Qingdao, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. We have our own customs team, so we can handle different trade terms like FOB, CIF, and DDP. By sea, it takes 15-25 days to reach major ports in Europe and America. By air, it's about 3-7 days. We can ship both full containers (FCL) and smaller loads (LCL).
We have special production lines just for export orders. For urgent jobs, we can go from sample confirmation to finished production within 10 days. We also accept several payment methods to make business easier for our global partners, including T/T, L/C, and Trade Assurance.
